Ok i have heard that it works..Hey, I'm not trying it, for one no bread? Thats crazy, breads pastas and cereals are an essential part to a healthy diet along with I think omega 3 capsules coupled with vitamins can really create a master formula. Also i have read an article on how an unproven sience such as the low carb stuff makes some rich and screws everyone else who buy is. This is how a lot of folks you know sound right? The fact is that most people who are in need of diets and who attempt the low carb diet and every other kind of diet are the same people who (1) do not eat well balanced meals, (2) do not eat sensibly (reasonable portions), (3) do not maintain an exercise program, and (4) suffer from other bad habits such as smoking and/or excessive alcohol use.

A divided America unhelathy America?

With fox, Limbaugh, Hannity and their ilk out there spreading their message of hate to the unwashed masses it is inevitable that we would become more divided. The liberal media is not much better, as they point out some things but offer no solutions and are largely uninterested in reporting what is really going on and without any slant which offers them life extension in there chosen field, I guess mediocrity does get rewarded. All we get is propaganda and sound bites. An uneducated citizenry will lead to our downfall. United we stand,divided we fall! It's the double talk that bothers me. Its like a sales saying, "here, buy vitamin for free." What? I think I would rather get involved in a caveman diet before I buy something for free. I just cannot stand the double talk.

Will Hillary run as an independant??

The question has been asked if she’s going to become an Independent and run in the fall or open up here own vitamin shop and will she call it the omega 3 capsules for runners up like me. Just kidding. She needs to have Barack Obama there with her and at the end of her speech and she will definitely need the best multivitamins for energy and more importantly no Bill Clinton with his non washboard abs self. She needs to introduce him as the next President of the United States. She also needs to say that she will stay in the Senate to fight for universal health care and other important Democratic Issues. Finally, she needs to say that Bill Clinton will be nowhere near this election.

The moal authority

I was reading an article on cnn's website and it discussed race and how people are voting. After I drink my weight loss shake and check on the orac value of my food I think I should delve into this important issue.
I agree with the analysis here. "working-class whties without college degrees" (Clinton's "base") is media code for rednecks... especially true in KY and WV. Face it, this demographic can fairly be generalized as narrow minded and closed to the idea of a black president... That's racist. Clinton's campaign motto at this point is, "vote for me, I appeal to the less educated, and you can't win the presidency without the support of these stupid voters." These are the people who will look at magazines of people with ripped abs while eating there boogers

They could get clingy

Hey there friend I just wanted to see if you had any kind of personality that I could totally get down with or if you enjoyed the things that I would say to you. Well what if I prank called you all and said some asinine stuff like, "hey why don't you get your police vehicle out of my dog house"!! I mean I am not one of those people that gets all into doing a people search for victims of high school reunions. I think that they are crappy and they make me very subconscious about myself and others. I don't get why anyone would want to reunify with anyone they had to go to high school with. It just doesn't make any sense to me at all.
